The NBI refused to identify the 17 but Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita hinted that they were officials of the 3 review centers implicated in earlier media reports.

Meanwhile, NBI chief Nestor Mantaring said that their investigation revealed that the leak was limited only in the cities of Baguio and Manila.

I really hope the nbi investigation would once and for all enlighten the mind of gma so she will be able to make a FAIR decision regarding this controversy. a lot of people are unduly punished and suffering because of inaccurate information relayed to gma and due to pressure from a certain egotistical institution. we all know this is crap!! release our license!
