Saudi Arabia Requires Assessment Exam for Foreign Nurses

Filipino nurses who wish to be employed in Saudi Arabia will be required to take an assessment exam administered by Prometric.

This was revealed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) recently in an advisory on its website.

The exam, which will cost $90, is similar to the Nurse Licensure Examination conducted bi-annually by the Professional Regulation Commission - Board of Nursing.

Exams are administered four (4) times weekly every tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays, and fridays at Thomson Prometric, Ateneo Professional Schools, 130 H. Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City.

Saudi Arabia is among the biggest employers of Filipino nurses.

prometric exam requirement.

1. hospital experience (Certificate of employement) atleast 2years
2. with job order from country you are applying. (employer)

about the exam.

exam in prometric is very easy but complicated- some questions requires a logical and analytical abilities needed to use for this type of exam.
some technical problem will arise during the exam if you are not in focus or if you have difficulties in understanding english language.

advise:

just try to understand the question carefully and no need to be rush your time during the exam. it takes a lot of time for you to decide the best answer.

how do you pay online thru prometric? i know it's thru credit card but i don't know how. to whom i should send and all those details. i'm really having a hard time finding it on the site.

if i am only a graduate student and no expereince as a staff nurse can i still take the prometric exam in saudi arabia? is there a prometric exam here in Abu dhabi? thanks
