The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the availability of the room assignment of applicants in the Nurse Licensure Examination scheduled to be given by the Board of Nursing in December 1 & 2, 2007.
The room assignments are categorized as follows: one for the REGULAR EXAMINATION and the other one, for the SPECIAL EXAMINATION-JUNE 2006 RETAKERS and REMOVAL EXAMINATION.

nandito ako ngayon sa dubai, and im working as a nurse(kaso part time ang category kasi hindi pa ako registered dito sa UAE),umalis me ng pinas not knowing na pumaasa po ako sa board dyan sa pinas, gusto ko makuha at makapag register na nurse dyan sa atin, tumawag ako sa PRC lucena, ang unang sabi lang nila is, i need to take oath sa PHilippine Consulate dito sa dubai, ipinakuha ko sa ate ko ang oath form, nang dumating sa akin isang xerox lang na parang pang iwang sa "@#&*(", so dinala ko sa Phil Cosulate, nung nandun na ako, hinanapan ako ng proof, so hindi natuloy ang pag oath ko dun,ang sabi ng Phil Consul. alam daw ng PRC ang process na dapat may dala me na proof, before ako nagpunta sa Phil Consul... 3times pumunta ang kapatid ko sa PRC lucena and 4times ako nag Overseas call sa kanila just to clarify lahat ng kailangan ko, so ung 2hours kong biyahe papunta sa phil consul, nasayang because of lack of imformation ng PRC, now nakakuha me ng proof, ang "PRC Board Rating" ko. nakapag oath na me, thats another 2hours biyahe and 1day off (which 3000pesos ang nasayang na suweldo ko that day) excited ako, kaya pina Fedex( that cost me 2,500 pesos) ko ang papel ng oath with authorization letter alowing my sister na sila ang mag file ng registration ko,because un ang nakalagay sa ilalim ng Oath form na galing sa PRC mismo(the xerox one). nagpunta ang sister ko sa PRC Lucena para e file ang registration ko.hindi tinanggap ang PRC lucena dahil kailangan daw ng [B]Power of athorney, at ang Red Ribbon ng TOR ko at Diploma[/B] and that my authorization letter is not valid.... sa galit at inis, tumawag uli ako sa PRC lucena at tinanong ko kung bakit ganun, ang sagot nila is that ganun talaga ang process (gumastos ako ng over 1000pesos for that long distance call)ang sinasabi nila is na advise na daw nila sa akin yung ganun, ang sabi ko, wala talaga akong nakuhang information galing sa kanila na ganun dapat ang gawin ko at bakit kailangan kong ma miss out ang mga information nila eh ako ung mapupurwisyo just in case na mali ang ginawa ko, at sinabi ko rin na umaabot na sa 15thousand ang damages na nagagawa sa akin nito including all the fees and pamasahe and tawag at nawalanng suweldo, they said na wala silang pakialam sa nagastos ko and that hindi nila kasalanan un, ang sabi ko, hindi ko sila sinisingil, ang gusto ko lang is that maka recieve ako ng correct at exact information on how can i get my "license". and bakit ganun ang mga sinabi nila sa akin, puro partial information!!!!kakainis diba? and nakalagay sa PRC web site na if kamag anak ang mag fifile ng RGISTRATION ETO LANG ANG KAILANGAN:
"Initial registrants should come personally to the PRC Central Office or to the nearest Regional Office to file his/her application for registration and to affix his/her signature in the registry book.
All Registration Certificates shall be claimed by the licensee personally at the Central Office or the Regional Office where the application for the same has been filed.
[B][SIZE=2]If there is an unavoidable need for a representative, he must present his/her identification paper with picture and a letter of authority from the registrant/licensee."[/B][/SIZE]

(which ihave, dully signed by the Phil. Cosul General ng Dubai na pnadala ko na sa pinas at walang binanggit na kailangnan ko pang epa atthorney diba?)
2. Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
(meron po ako, ginamit ko nung kumuha pa ako ng exam last june 10-11 2007
3. Two pcs. passport size pictures with name tag (for Oath Form and Certificate of Registration) (meron na rin, nagpagawa pa nga me ng 2x2 at 1x1 just in case na kailanganin)
One pc. 1”x1” picture in plain background with complete name tag (for Registry of Professionals) (i got 5 copies)
Two sets of metered documentary stamps (for Oath Form and Certificate of Registration)
One (1) short brown envelope with name and profession

eto po ang nakalagay sa sa web, so nasaan po ang sinasabi NG mga taga PRC Lucena na kailangan ng power of atthorney????? at red ribbon ng TOR at DIPLOMA????? hindi naman ako nag aaply ng trabaho sa PRC para kailanganin nila ang REd Ribbon? diba po? hindi ko ma full out ang Red ribbon ko kasi naka file po ito sa employer ko dito sa dubai? ngayon sino po ang may mali ako o ang PRC?
PLS HELP ME, PAKI TAWAGAN PO ANG PRC MANILA, AT PAKI TANUNG KUNG PAPAANO BA TALAGA ANG PROCESS NG REGISTRATION NG NURSE NA NASA IBANG BANSA AT KAMAG ANAK NA ANG MAG-AASIKASO NITO DYAN SA PIUNAS!!!!!! PLS? BULOK KASI ANG SISTEMA NILA... PATULONG NA PO!
