PRC to Go Online with eServices

Hours of waiting and long lines will soon be a thing of the past at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as the regulatory body will soon be utilizing an online system for most of its services.

The initiative is part of President Aquino's 22-point platform and policy pronouncement on labor and employment.

Once established, the public will have online access to the following PRC services:

• Online Verification of Academic Records (OVAR)
• Online Verification of Eligibility System (OVES)
• Online Verification of Room Assignments (OVERA)
• Professional Identification Card Availability Verification (PICAV)
• Online Verification of Registered Professionals (OVRP)
• Online Board Examination Application System (OBEAS)
• Online Renewal Application System (ORAS)
• Online Verification of Rating of Failed Examinee (OVRFE)

The PRC eServices initiative, once completed, will be available in all PRC Regional Offices nationwide.

PRC Advisory for June 2008 Nursing Board Passers

The records management division of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that requests for verification of the results of the June 2008 Nurse Licensure Examination are now being processed at the PUP-Lepanto gate.

Verification of results is an option for examinees whose names were not included in the list of passers in the nursing board exam.

Meanwhile, requests for Certification of Rating/Passing/Placer will be accepted starting August 4, 2008.

A fee of Php 75.00 will be collected for each certificate. Certifications must be affixed with Metered Documentary Stamps which will be available at the Customer Service Center.

An Express Lane Service will also be set up where certifications will be released within the day subject to the following guidelines:

1. Express Lane shall not allow representatives without proper identification and authorization letter

2. Release of Certification request shall start at:

11:00 AM – for those who filed request from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM

3:00 PM – for those who filed request from 9:31 AM to 2:00 PM

3. Requests received beyond 2:00 PM shall be released at 8:30 AM of the following day.

4. Certification Fee for Express Lane – P200/copy
